SafetyCube Presentations at 6th IRTAD International Conference – October 2017
SafetyCube project results were presented at the 6th IRTAD International Conference, organised by the International Traffic Safety Data and Analysis Group (IRTAD) and International Transport Forum (ITF/OECD). The conference took place on 10-12 October 2017 in Marrakesh, Morocco. Prof. Pete Thomas from Loughborough University presented the Decision Support System (DSS). Results concerning the economic efficiency evaluation of road safety measures were presented by Wouter Van Den Berghe from the Vias Institute, Wendy Weijermars from SWOV presented the results from the research on serious road traffic injuries and a poster by Eleonora Papadimitriou from NTUA discussed the quantitative impacts of tools developed for detecting and addressing road deficiencies.
